Every drink is made from scratch using quality spirits, fresh ingredients, and a bartender's instinct for the theatrical. No premade mixes. No shortcuts. Mind Reader
Our most requested cocktail. The Mind Reader is built for the guest who knows what they want before they've seen the menu — a balanced, spirit-forward drink that reads the room every time. Ask your bartender what's inside.
Freak Show
The bar's most theatrical pour. The Freak Show is bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore — exactly what it sounds like. A conversation starter in a glass, built for guests who want something that doesn't exist anywhere else on Sunset Strip.
Bear on a Unicycle
Peanut butter-washed bourbon meets fresh berries in the drink that surprises everyone who orders it. The Bear on a Unicycle sounds absurd until you taste it — then it makes complete sense. One of the most talked-about cocktails in West Hollywood.
Strong Man
A cocktail that doesn't apologise for being what it is. The Strong Man is built for guests who want proof of craftsmanship in every sip — strong, structured, and unapologetically itself
Gladiator
The Gladiator enters the arena with something to prove. A cocktail of contrasts — balanced enough to sip slowly, bold enough to remember. Named for the fighter who always puts on a show.
Bearded Lady
Gin, lavender, chartreuse, and egg white — shaken to a silky foam that makes the Bearded Lady one of the most elegant drinks on the menu. A sideshow icon translated into a cocktail. Order it and mean it.
Orville Old Fashion
Bar Jubilee's take on the Old Fashioned — built with the same bones, given a new character. The Orville Old Fashion is for bourbon drinkers who respect the classic and still want something to talk about. Our most popular spirit-forward cocktail.

We use washed spirits, fresh citrus, house-made syrups, and techniques that take time to get right — like the peanut butter wash in the Bear on a Unicycle, or the egg white foam on the Bearded Lady. We don't use premade mixes, and we don't cut corners on ingredients.
The result is a craft cocktail menu that costs $18 a drink and earns it — or $12 during happy hour nightly 7–8PM if you want to try the full menu without committing to the full price.

Visit Bar Jubilee — No Reservation Required
Bar Jubilee is open Tuesday through Saturday until 2AM, and Sunday and Monday until midnight. Walk-ins welcome every night. No membership. No minimum spend.
Happy Hour: 7–8PM nightly — $12 cocktails and mocktails.
