Bar Jubilee Venue — Four Spaces on the Sunset Strip, West Hollywood
Bar Jubilee is a 3,000 sq ft cocktail bar at 8911 Sunset Blvd on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Built from the former Rock & Reilly's space by the team behind Blue Collar and Cold Shoulder speakeasy, the venue spans four distinct spaces across two floors — each with its own atmosphere, seating, and character. A Venue Unlike Anything Else on Sunset Boulevard
From the moment you walk in, Bar Jubilee doesn't look like other bars on the Sunset Strip. Plush velvety booths, sparkling chandeliers, a long copper bar, and carnival murals fill the main floor. Music-icon portraits — David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust, Amy Winehouse in full clown makeup — line the walls alongside original artwork that makes every corner of the space worth looking at. The rock 'n' roll circus theme runs through the entire 3,000 sq ft: theatrical without being garish, opulent without being exclusive.
No membership required. No dress code enforcement. No velvet rope. The space was built to be walked into.
The Main Bar — Carnival Murals, Copper Bar, Full Cocktail Menu
The heart of Bar Jubilee. Walk in from Sunset Blvd and you're immediately surrounded by carnival-inspired murals, warm amber lighting, and the sound of cocktails being shaken by bartenders who take their craft seriously.
The main bar wraps around the center of the room with full seating — pull up a stool and watch the show, or grab a booth along the wall. This is where you'll find our full craft cocktail menu, including the signature Mind Reader, our mezcal-based drink that keeps people coming back.
Behind the bar, our back wall is stacked floor to ceiling with premium spirits — everything from small-batch mezcal to Japanese whisky. It's a cocktail bar in West Hollywood that takes the "cocktail" part seriously.
The Red Room — Private Lounge for Intimate Groups
Step past the main bar and into the Red Room — Bar Jubilee's lounge space bathed in deep red lighting that sets a completely different tone. This is where the energy shifts from lively to intimate.
Sink into velvet seating surrounded by original artwork inspired by the Rock 'n' Roll Circus theme that runs through the entire venue. The walls are covered in hand-selected pieces that reward a second look — carnival figures, bold brushwork, and visual storytelling you won't find at any other bar on the Sunset Strip.
The Red Room is also home to live jazz every Wednesday night, with local musicians performing just a few feet from your table. No cover charge, no stage barrier — just music, cocktails, and one of the best lounge experiences in West Hollywood.

Upstairs Pool Lounge — Game Room Above the Strip
Head up the stairs and the whole vibe changes. Bar Jubilee's second-floor game room is a space within a space — more intimate, more relaxed, and anchored by a full-size pool table that's always in play.
The upstairs lounge has its own seating, its own energy, and a bird's-eye view of the main bar below. It's where groups settle in for the night, where first dates rack up a game between drinks, and where regulars come to escape the Sunset Strip crowds without actually leaving.
Full cocktail service runs upstairs all night — you don't have to go back down for a refill. Order The Mind Reader from the second floor and pretend you own the place.
