Freak Show — $18
Bar Jubilee's most theatrical pour. Bold and unexpected — the Freak Show is the drink that gets photographed, argued about, and ordered again. Ask your bartender for the full breakdown. Some things are better experienced than explained.
Bear on a Unicycle — $18
Peanut butter-washed bourbon, muddled berries, pomegranate grenadine, fresh lemon, cranberry. The Bear on a Unicycle is the cocktail that sounds wrong until it's in your hand. The peanut butter wash strips the fat from the bourbon while leaving a rich, nutty depth — layered with tart berries and a bright citrus finish. The most talked-about drink on the Sunset Strip that nobody expected to love
Strong Man — $18
A spirit-forward cocktail built for guests who know what they want. The Strong Man doesn't apologise for its proof — it's structured, direct, and made for slow sipping. The bartender's cocktail on a menu full of showmen.
Gladiator — $18
Limoncello, olive leaf liqueur, Cocchi Americano, hazelnut gin, Suze, rosemary. The Gladiator is the most complex build on the menu — five distinct modifiers working in balance. The hazelnut gin and Suze create a bitter-sweet tension, the Cocchi Americano adds a wine-forward roundness, and the limoncello and rosemary keep the whole thing alive. A cocktail for guests who want something to think about.
Bearded Lady — $18
Gin, lavender, chartreuse, egg white. Shaken to a silky foam, the Bearded Lady is the most elegant drink on the menu. The egg white creates a soft, cloud-like texture that carries the lavender and the herbal sharpness of chartreuse. A gin cocktail that doesn't taste like gin — until it does. Orville Old Fashion — $18
Popcorn syrup, fat-washed bourbon, Angostura bitters, salt. Bar Jubilee's take on the Old Fashioned starts with a house-made popcorn syrup — sweet, slightly savoury, unmistakably itself — and a fat-washed bourbon that carries the richness of the wash without any heaviness. Angostura and salt bring it back to classic form. Our most popular spirit-forward cocktail, and the one most people order twice.
Trapeze Artist — $18
Light, precise, and built for repeat orders. The Trapeze Artist is the cocktail that makes the act look effortless — balanced to a degree that takes genuine skill to achieve. If the Bear on a Unicycle is the surprise, the Trapeze Artist is the one you come back for.
Zero-Proof Mocktails — $14
Three zero-proof mocktails, built with the same care and craft as everything else on the menu. Not shrunk-down lemonades — actual drinks, designed for the Bar Jubilee menu, served in the same glassware with the same attention. Available every night, including at $12 during happy hour 7–8PM.

How We Build the Menu
Every cocktail on the Bar Jubilee menu starts with a technique, not a template. The Orville Old Fashion uses a house-made popcorn syrup and a fat-washed bourbon — a process that takes days to prepare but takes seconds to taste. The Mind Reader starts with a milk-washed mezcal that takes the edge off the smoke without losing it. The Bear on a Unicycle runs a peanut butter wash through bourbon that most bartenders wouldn't attempt.
We don't serve the same cocktails you'll find at every other bar on Sunset Boulevard. The menu was built around the carnival characters that inspired this bar — and the drinks reflect that. Unexpected, considered, and worth the $18.
Visit Bar Jubilee — Walk In Tonight, No Reservation Required
Bar Jubilee is open Tuesday through Saturday until 2AM, and Sunday and Monday until midnight. No membership, no reservation, no minimum spend. Walk in off Sunset Strip, find a seat at the bar or in one of our four spaces, and order from the full menu.
