Milk-washed mezcal, blueberry sage syrup, Strega. Our most requested cocktail — smoky, balanced, and impossible to place on first sip.
Freak Show — $12 (standard $18)
The bar's most theatrical pour. Bold, unexpected, and worth asking your bartender about. Some things are better experienced than described.
Bear on a Unicycle — $12 (standard $18)
Peanut butter-washed bourbon, muddled berries, pomegranate grenadine, fresh lemon. The cocktail everyone orders twice. At $12 during happy hour, there's no reason not to.
Strong Man — $12 (standard $18)
Spirit-forward, structured, and built for slow sipping. The Strong Man is for guests who know what they want
Gladiator — $12 (standard $18)
Limoncello, olive leaf liqueur, Cocchi Americano, hazelnut gin, Suze, rosemary. The most complex build on the menu — five modifiers in balance
